Both assemblies are retained and will be sent with the instrument. I also removed the vertical brace that was between the leadpipe and tuning slide leg., essentially making this more in the style of the lightweight version of the 24B which did not have this brace. I had the original 1st slide trigger removed and replaced by a Selmer Paris first slide saddle from the same period.

Our professional brass technician gave the instrument an ultrasonic cleaning, smoothed out some minor dents in the tuning slides, put a patch on the 3rd valve slide crook, and also added a pair of stop rod nuts to the 3rd slide (stop nuts added after photos were taken.)
